Frequently Asked Questions
What is Intelichat?
It is a platform for creating chatbots and virtual assistants, which can be done by drawing flows without programming. Chatbots can be generated for use on the web or via Facebook's Messenger.
It has several different resources, such as knowledge base for publication and distribution of information, interactive publication and qualifications, which support evaluations, questionnaires and surveys.
What features are available on Intelichat?
Intelichat has differentiated resources according to the contracted plan.
To know the plans and their respective resources in detail, please click here.
What is the retention period for messages and dialogs?
This is the period of time in which transcripts of dialog messages are stored. It is therefore equivalent to the time at which access to messages exchanged between users and BOTs is available, and also to the time of availability of reporting data.
It is important to note that the message retention time of the dialogs may cause some dialogs to be stored incomplete if their total duration exceeds 1 day.
What integrations does Intelichat support?
Intelichat has several features for integration with external systems, depending on the type of purpose:
1.Integrations with language classification system NLP
Intelichat can be integrated natively with "wit.ai".
2.Integration with Qualitor
Intelichat supports native integration with Qualitor, service and process management software. Consultation and creation of new contacts and call opening are supported.
3.Integration with Facebook Messenger
Intelichat integrates automatically with Messenger, having all the necessary settings so that the BOT is configured to run via Messenger, from a Facebook page.
4.Integration with other systems through APIs
Integration with other systems can be done by accessing their APIs, being able to pass values and receive results that can be incorporated into the dialog flows.
5.Intergration with other systems via Zapier
Zapier ( www.zapier.com ) is one of the leading open platforms for application integration. Intelichat has two triggers for integration via Zapier, for new registered visitors and for finished dialogues. In this way, each time a new visitor is registered in Intelichat or a dialog is terminated, the respective trigger can invoke a ZAP (zapper integration application) to register in dozens of other systems, such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk, SugarCRM, Dynamics CRM, etc.
What is Zapier and how to integrate Intelichat?
In a world where systems increasingly need to integrate with each other, exponentially increasing complexity for multiple developers to connect with each other.
Each new system needs, in theory, to support integration with dozens of others, and these others also need to integrate with so many others.
To address this type of challenge, some solutions have emerged that function as systems integration platforms. One of the most well known (at least outside Brazil) is Zapier (www.zapier.com), which aims to help in the integration between diverse systems.
Because Zapier is very widespread, it supports hundreds of systems, many of which are widely known here. We can mention, among many, Sugarcrm, Trello, RDstation, WordPress, Pipedrive, etc. It is also worth mentioning that the more comprehensive in terms of integrable systems Zapier becomes, the more incentive to other developers happens.
Zapier Basics
To understand how Zapier works, it is critical that you understand its three fundamental concepts, as defined:
Trigger
As the name implies, a trigger is a trigger that is triggered when an event occurs on a system that will be integrated into another. For example, when a dialog is closed, when a new visitor is added, and so on.
Important note: Zapier triggers are not triggered in real time. Depending on the plan, this may take 15 minutes or 5 minutes. In the free plan, the interval is 15 minutes.
Action
An action is an action that will be performed on some system. An action is used as a complement to a trigger, because a trigger triggers some integration into a system that will be complemented by performing an action on another system.
Search
A search is a search action on some system, which can also be triggered from a trigger. It is used for more specialized integration, such as searching open calls on another system to perform some integration action.
Integrations of Intelichat via Zapier
Intelichat provides 3 triggers for integration via Zapier:
When creating a new visitor: trigger triggered as soon as a new visitor is entered in Intelichat.
When updating visitor data: triggered when a visitor's data is updated.
At the end of a dialog: at the end of dialogs between a BOT and a user.
What means of payment are accepted?
Currently payments can be made via Paypal
Can a chatbot match according to the page the user is on the site?
Yes. An Intelichat chatbot can be triggered with some parameter indicating which site locale the user has triggered. You can also use the 'HTTP_Referer' key as the chatbot call originator, so that the service is directed to the site where the call was triggered.
